Trading limits reset daily at 00:00 UTC. Withdrawal limits reset monthly on the 1st of each month. Strategy usage limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Can I exceed my limits temporarily?

No, all limits are hard limits for security and risk management purposes. If you attempt to exceed a limit, the action will be blocked. You must upgrade your tier or request a limit increase to access higher limits.

What happens if I downgrade my tier?

If you downgrade, your limits will be adjusted to match the new tier at the start of your next billing cycle. Any active strategies or features not included in the new tier will be paused until you upgrade again.

Are there fees for exceeding limits?

You cannot exceed limits - all exceeding actions are blocked. However, if you consistently approach your limits, we may automatically suggest a tier upgrade to better suit your trading needs.

How quickly can I upgrade my tier?

Tier upgrades are instant. Once you select and pay for an upgrade, your new limits and features are available immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
