When you create an account with Quantix AI, we collect your full name, email address, country of residence, and a securely hashed password. When you activate a bot subscription, we also collect your cryptocurrency wallet address for the purpose of returning your principal and paying your accrued profits at the end of your subscription contract. When you complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, as required under our Anti-Money Laundering obligations, we collect a copy of a government-issued identity document such as a passport or national identity card, proof of address, and a selfie photograph for identity verification purposes.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Quantix AI website or use our platform, we automatically collect certain technical information including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, and how long you spend on each page. We collect this information through cookies and similar tracking technologies to help us understand how our platform is used and to improve the experience for all users.
Information from third parties

How Long We Keep Your Data
Quantix AI retains your personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.
Account data and subscription records are retained for a minimum of six years following the end of your most recent subscription contract, in accordance with our financial record-keeping obligations and applicable statutory limitation periods. KYC and AML records are retained for a minimum of five years following the end of the business relationship, as required by the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and the Money Laundering Regulations 2017. Complaint records are retained for a minimum of five years. Technical and platform usage data collected through cookies is typically retained for no longer than twelve months.
Where you request deletion of your personal data and we are not subject to a legal obligation requiring us to retain it, we will securely delete or anonymise your data within thirty days of receiving your verified request.

How We Protect Your Data
Quantix AI takes the security of your personal data extremely seriously. We implement comprehensive technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, or loss.
Our security measures include AES-256 encryption for all data stored on our systems, TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our platform, multi-factor authentication requirements for all account access, strict access controls ensuring that personal data is accessible only to authorised personnel who require it for their specific role, regular security assessments and penetration testing of our systems, and secure cold storage for all subscriber cryptocurrency assets using multi-signature hardware security module (HSM) custody arrangements requiring 3-of-5 key authorisation for any withdrawal.
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, Quantix AI will notify the Information Commissioner's Office within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by UK GDPR. Where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will also notify you directly without undue delay.

Quantix AI's services are not directed at or intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 years of age.
